TB/T 30014.2-2026 is the part of the railway passenger car maintenance series that deals with routine maintenance. It sets out the technical requirements for the day-to-day upkeep and inspection of passenger cars, and it is meant to be read together with the general part of the series.

It is used by railway operators, passenger car depots and maintenance workshops, and by the technical staff who schedule and supervise upkeep work. The standard is voluntary, as the code carries the /T mark. It was approved by the National Railway Administration, with the Railway Industry Operation Safety Standardization Technical Centralized Unit in charge of its technical content. It was issued on 4 February 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
