The hot rolled state, that is, the steel sheet and the steel strip are delivered in the form of hot rolled products.

4.4 Internal defects

The inside of steel plates and strips should not contain harmful defects that affect their use, such as delamination and lamination. For steel plates with a thickness greater than 10mm Ultrasonic inspection may be carried out one by one if necessary, and the inspection method shall be agreed by the supplier and the buyer.

4.5 Metallographic organization

For the metallographic structure of steel plates and steel strips, such as grain size, band structure, non-metallic inclusions, free cementite and decarburization layer, etc.

According to the requirements, it is agreed in the supply technology agreement.
