SY/T 7064.3-2017 — This standard specifies the requirements for the design, construction, installation, modification and structural integrity management of the upper module structure of the oil and gas platform, and provides guidance and information on the following aspects: design, construction, installation and transformation; service period inspection and structural integrity Sexual management; existing module structure assessment; structural reuse; decommissioning, removal and disposal; prevention, control and assessment of fires, explosions and other emergencies.

The load requirements in this section can be used in combination with the ISO 19901 series of standards if necessary. The resistance of the upper modular structural components can be determined by the international or national building codes specified in this section.
