Foreword

SN/T 3982 "Import and Export Textile Quality Compliance Evaluation Method Woven Clothing" is divided into the following nine parts.

--- Part 1. Shirts;

--- Part 2. suits, coats;

--- Part 3. Denim clothing;

--- Part 4. Casual clothes;

--- Part 5. Indoor clothing;

---Part 6. Winter clothes;

--- Part 7. Down jackets and their products;

--- Part 8. Children's clothing;

--- Part 9. Outdoor sportswear.

This part is the first part of SN/T 3982.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces SN/T 1932.7-2008 "Import and Export Clothing Inspection Regulations Part 7. Shirts". With SN/T 1932.7-Compared with 2008, the main technical changes except editorial changes are as follows.

--- The standard name was revised to "Import and Export Textile Quality Compliance Evaluation Method Woven Clothing Part 1. Shirts";

--- Range adjustment for the requirements, procedures and evaluation report content of the compliance evaluation of import and export shirts;

---Modified the content of the term part;

--- Adjusted the original standard format and normative reference documents;

--- Increased the requirements for conformity assessment;

--- Adjust the inspection content to regulatory requirements and non-regulatory requirements;

--- Revised the judgment requirements of the results of the conformity assessment;

--- Added Appendix A "China's Main Shirt Standards List" and Appendix B "Import and Export Shirt Quality Compliance Evaluation Report".

This part is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration.

1 Scope

This part of SN/T 3982 specifies the requirements, procedures and evaluation report content for the conformity evaluation of import and export shirts.

This section applies to the quality conformity evaluation of various types of import and export shirts and non-regulatory requirements.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Regulatory requirements mandatoryrequirements the requirements specified in relevant laws, regulations, decrees, regulations, official gazettes, and compulsory standards.

Note. The requirements can be clearly stated in regulatory documents such as laws, regulations, statutes, and regulations. This section refers specifically to some countries or regions.

Note. This part refers specifically to the extent that the technical indicators of imported and exported garments meet the specified requirements through systematic technical sampling, inspection and testing, that is, through technical inspection.

The test and verification means evaluate the degree to which the technical indicators of the imported and exported garments meet the prescribed requirements.
