SN/T 3777 "Classification Specification for Textile Products Export Enterprises" is divided into the following five parts.

---Part 1. Textile raw materials;

This part is the fourth part of SN/T 3777.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section is mainly drafted by. Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China.

1 Scope

This part of SN/T 3777 stipulates the requirements, classification methods and evaluation of the evaluation elements for the classification of export textile products enterprises.

This section applies to the classification management of textile products export enterprises by entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions (hereinafter referred to as inspection and quarantine institutions).

3 Terms and definitions

4 General requirements

4.1 Business category

The inspection and quarantine institutions classify textile export enterprises according to the four categories of Class I, Class II, Class III and Class IV enterprises.

4.2 Dynamic adjustment

In the implementation of the classification and assessment of textile products export enterprises, the inspection and quarantine institutions shall dynamically adjust the enterprise categories according to the specific conditions of the enterprises.

5 Classification assessment factor requirements

5.1 Corporate Credit Status

5.1.1 The company complies with laws and regulations such as inspection and quarantine laws and regulations.

5.1.2 The company carries out the integrity of production and operation activities and fulfills relevant responsibilities and other performance commitments.

5.1.3 The company fulfills social public obligations and other social responsibility.

5.1.4 Other social assessments of the integrity of the enterprise in local governments, other relevant administrative departments and institutions.

5.2 Production conditions of the enterprise

5.2.1 Production conditions include the working environment of the enterprise, production equipment, and other infrastructure conditions.

5.2.2 The working environment of the enterprise shall be compatible with the quality assurance capability of the exported textile products.
