1 Scope

SN/T 3694 This section provides liquid chromatography adhesive perfluoroalkyl compound - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.

This section applies to adhesive perfluorinated acid, PFOA, perfluorooctanoic azelaic acid, perfluoro decanoic acid, perfluorinated undecanoic acid, lauric acid perfluorinated, perfluorobutane Alkyl sulfonic acid, perfluorohexane sulfonate, PFOS, perfluorinated sulfonic acid decane determination.

3 Method summary

Extracted with methanol by ultrasonic sample of the target compound, the extract had mixed weak anion exchange solid phase extraction (SPE), liquid chromatography -Tandem mass spectrometer, external standard.

4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water are in line with the GB/T 6682 water level.

4.1 methanol. liquid chromatography.

4.2 ammonium acetate. pure class distinctions.

4.3 formic acid (content of 50% volume fraction). pure class distinctions.

4.4 ammonia (content of 25% by volume). pure class distinctions.

4.5 perfluorinated acid, PFOA, perfluorooctanoic azelaic acid, perfluoro decanoic acid, perfluorinated undecanoic acid, perfluorinated lauric acid, potassium perfluorobutane sulfonate, perfluorohexane sulfonate Sodium, perfluoro octane sulfonate, sodium decane perfluoro standard substance. 98% or greater purity. 4.6 2% formic acid solution. take 2mL formic acid (4.3), diluted with water and dilute to 100mL, shake.

4.7 1% methanol aqueous ammonia solution. Take 1mL ammonia (4.4), diluted with methanol and set the volume to 100mL, shake.

4.8 ammonium acetate solution. 0.005mol/L. Weigh 0.385g ammonium acetate (4.2), dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL, shake, too 0.22µm filter.

4.9 methanol -0.005mol/L ammonium acetate solution (30.70 by volume). Take 30mL of methanol, and 70mL0.005mol/L ammonium acetate Solution (4.8) mixing, shake.

4.10 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of perfluorinated compounds standard substance (4.5), dissolved in methanol, fixed volume, were prepared at a concentration of Standard stock solution 50mg/L, the concentration of the acid radical to count.

4.11 mixed standard working solution. if necessary, with methanol - ammonium acetate solution (4.9) standard stock solution (4.10) diluted to the appropriate concentration the mixed standard working solution.
