1 Scope

This standard specifies the export of fresh Matsutake sampling, testing, test results and determined unqualified disposal, sample preservation and inspection expiration date.

This standard is applicable to the export of fresh Matsutake test.

3 Terms and Definitions

Also known as pine mushroom. The Basidiomycetes, Agaricales, mushroom families, mushroom fungi. Goods Matsutake mainly from Tricholomamat-sutake (S.ItoetImai) Sing and several closely related species. This standard is referred to as a commodity matsutake.
