1 Scope

SN/T 3319 provisions of this part of the vanadium alloy by differential spectrophotometric determination of phosphorus, iron, phosphorus content approach.

3 Method summary

Sample with nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid decomposition, oxidation and fluorine perchlorate smoke. 4% to 6.5% nitric acid medium, phosphate and molybdate, vanadate Salt form soluble vanadium molybdenum yellow phosphorus complexes, measured by differential spectrophotometric absorbance at 420nm place.

4 Reagents

Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade reagent water to comply with two water GB/T 6682 regulations.

4.1 nitric acid (rho = 1.42g/mL).

4.2 hydrochloric acid (rho = 1.19g/mL).

4.3 Hydrofluoric acid (rho = 1.15g/mL).

4.4 perchloric acid (rho = 1.67g/mL).

4.5 nitric acid (11), boiled to remove nitrogen oxides.

4.6 nitric acid (13).

4.7 ammonium vanadate solution (2.5g/L). Weigh 2.5g aqueous solution containing ammonium metavanadate was dissolved in 1000mL 30mL nitric acid.

4.8 ammonium molybdate solution (50g/L).

4.9 Phosphorus standard solution (0.100mg/mL). according to GB/T 602 formulated or direct purchase of certified reference materials.

4.10 iron solution (1g/L). Weigh 1.0g of high iron (iron content greater than 99.99%), (4.6) dissolved in 200mL and dilute nitric acid solution Diluted to 1000mL, and mix.
