Foreword
SN/T 3253 "sanitary ceramics performance test method" is divided into two parts.
--- Part 1. resistance to chemical corrosion and stain resistance properties;
--- Part 2. Resistance load safety performance.
This section SN/T Section 13253 of.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This section gives two test methods. Methods A reference to AS1976.1992 "vitreous china sanitary ware" pollution and corrosion resistant Content detection method, Method B reference to EN13310:2003 "kitchen sink - Functional requirements and test methods", EN14428:2004 A1.2008 (E) "shower - Functional requirements and test methods" and EN14688:2006 "sanitary ware wash basins - Functional requirements and test methods" the content on resistance to pollution and corrosion detection method.
This section proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.

3 PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
Contact with chemicals, food, cleaning agents case, the direct effect of chemicals and dye analog sanitary ceramics in the course of the test Sample, then the sample and the reference sample comparison of observed changes in the sample glazed, in order to determine resistance to chemical corrosion and sanitary ceramics Corrosion and fouling resistance.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated in this section are consistent with the use of analytical reagent and GB/T 6682 analytical laboratory use in the analysis.
