Principle 4
BAX automated pathogen detection system is the application of PCR technology to detect pathogens. Required for the reaction primer, DNA polymerase, and de Nucleotides and other oxygen are combined to become a stable, dry tablets and loaded PCR tubes. Each PCR reagent tablets contain a fluorescent dye Material, the dye is capable of binding to double-stranded DNA, and the fluorescence signal emitted by the excitation light. In the detection process, BAX system by measuring the fluorescence Changes in the signal, measurement data is analyzed, thereby determining the results.
5 Reagents
