1 Scope

This standard specifies the safety of imported electrical appliances old electrical and electronic products, machinery safety, electromagnetic compatibility, environmental protection, energy efficiency, etc.

General technical requirements for inspection.

This standard applies to the following for the use of domestic sales of old electrical and electronic products.

--- Large household appliances;

--- Small household appliances;

--- Information and communications products;

--- Audio and video products;

---Lighting Products;

--- Electrical and electronic tools (except large-scale static industrial tools);

--- Toys, leisure and sports;

--- Medical products (with the exception of all implanted and infected products);

--- Monitoring and control equipment;
