SN/T 2879-2011 — This standard specifies the instruments, test procedures and analytical methods for determination of fat-soluble solid and liquid substances. This standard applies to pure substances and at least within 24h stable and do not have volatile solid and liquid fat-soluble substance at 50 °C measured set.

This standard does not apply to the determination of natural fats and oils and triglycerides from fat should be measured fat-soluble substances.
