Foreword

SN/T 1915 "Regulations for the completion of health quarantine business documents" is divided into four parts.

--- Part 1. Health and quarantine inspection;

--- Part 2. Health supervision;

--- Part 3. Infectious disease surveillance;

--- Part 4. Sanitary treatment.

This part is the third part of SN/T 1915.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces SN/T 1915.3-2007 "Sanitary Quarantine Business Document Format and Filling Specifications Part 3. Infectious Disease Surveillance".

Compared with SN/T 1915.3-2007, the main technical changes in this section are as follows.

---Modified standard name;

--- Deleted 5.2.2 International Vaccination Certificate (Form 8-2);

--- Added 5.2.2 International Certificate on Vaccination or Preventive Measures (Form 8-2);

--- Revised 4 issuance requirements;

--- Added Appendix F.

---Identified the visa location, visa date, quarantine physician, signature, etc. of the various certificates in the content of 5, no longer one by one Listed.

1 Scope

This part of SN/T 1915 stipulates that the inspection and quarantine authorities conduct epidemiology and serum on specific environments and populations at the port of entry and exit.

Studies, etiology, clinical symptoms, and other relevant influencing factors, predicting the occurrence, development, and prevalence of infectious diseases the format, issuance requirements, objects and contents used by the quarantine business.

This part is applicable to the issuance of sanitary quarantine certificates for the surveillance of infectious diseases at border ports.
