Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, water deionized water or a water GB/T 6682 regulations.

4.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.

4.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.

4.3 hexane. chromatographically pure.

4.4 sodium phosphate dodecahydrate.

4.5 sodium hydroxide.

4.6 phosphoric acid.

4.7 25% aqueous ammonia.

4.8 formic acid.

4.9 acetonitrile saturated n-hexane solution. 100mL acetonitrile (4.1) was added to 100mL of n-hexane (4.3), followed by sufficient shaking, standing stratification, Supernatant liquid.

4.10 0.02mol/L phosphate solution. accurately measure 1.4mL phosphoric acid (4.6) in 1L flask, water volume to 1L.

4.11 5mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh 200g of sodium hydroxide (4.5) dissolved in water and dilute to 1L.

4.12 sodium phosphate buffer solution (50mmol/L, pH7.4 ± 0.2). Weigh 19g sodium phosphate dodecahydrate (4.4), dissolved in water and constant volume to 1L, add phosphoric acid to adjust the pH to 7.4 ± 0.2.

4.13 Sample extracts. 180mL phosphate buffer solution (4.12) was added to 20mL of acetonitrile.
