1 Scope

This part of SN/T 1733 stipulates the definition, technical requirements, inspection and appraisal rules and inspection results of non-authentic steel pipes for import declaration.

Judgment of fruit.

This section applies to seamless carbon steel pipes, welded carbon steel pipes, seamless stainless steel pipes and welded stainless steel pipes, but does not include countries such as boilers.

Steel pipe products included in the standard of manufacture.

This part also applies to the inspection and identification of non-authentic steel pipes declared by other importers.

2 Normative references

The terms in the following documents are incorporated by reference in this part of SN/T 1733 as part of this section. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this section, however, an agreement is encouraged under this section.

The parties are studying whether the latest version of these documents can be used. For undated references, the latest edition applies to this section.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 3091, GB/T 8162, GB/T 8163, GB/T 12770, GB/T 12771, GB/T 13793, GB/T 14975 and the following terms and definitions established in GB/T 14976 apply to this part of SN/T 1733.

Dimensions, shapes, appearance quality, physical and chemical properties, packaging, etc. comply with the corresponding contractual standards (see Appendix A) or GB/T 3091, GB/T 8162, GB/T 8163, GB/T 12770, GB/T 12771, GB/T 13793, GB/T 14975 and GB/T 14976 Provisions.

Dimensions, shapes, surface quality, physical and chemical properties, some or all of the packaging do not meet the corresponding standard requirements, but the product still retains its Pipes of general purpose use value.

Trade is used to call it "secondary tube secondarytubes."
