1 Scope
This part of SN/T 1730 specifies the test methods and results of the evaluation of the anti-vibration performance of fireworks and firecrackers.
This section applies to the anti-vibration performance test of export fireworks and firecrackers.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions established by SN/T 1725 apply to this part of SN/T 1730.
4 Test methods
4.1 Equipment and materials
4.1.1 Vibration tester. installed in the anti-explosion room, its technical indicators are.
---Vibration frequency. 5Hz ~ 60Hz;
---Amplitude. 10mm.
4.1.2 Anti-explosion room. It should meet the requirements of GB 50089.
4.2 Procedure
4.2.1 When handling new substances, an identification test shall be carried out to determine its performance. A small amount of sample shall be placed on the vibration test machine and the binding tape shall be fastened.
Adjust the vibration frequency, start the vibration test machine, vibrate for 30min, observe whether the sample has burned or exploded or scattered, if a small amount of sample is used no explosion reaction occurs during the test, then the procedure described in 4.2.2 should be used. If the substance that explodes or catches fire is anti-vibration Mobility is too unstable to transport.
4.2.2 Place the box sample on the vibration test machine, fasten the strap, close the anti-explosion room door, and then open the main power supply from the anti-explosion room.
Dynamic vibration tester, the vibration frequency is uniformly increased by 50Hz from 5Hz within 3h, and then the vibration frequency is evenly 50Hz in 3h.
Dropped to 5Hz, the amplitude is 10mm. Observe whether the sample burns, explodes, smokes, decomposes or deforms, and scatters.
4.2.3 If there is no burning, explosion, smoke, decomposition or deformation, or scattering, take out the sample and inspect it according to SN/T 1730.10.
5 Evaluation of results
In the test, if no fire, explosion, smoke, decomposition or deformation, signs of scattering, and safety performance test are observed, the knot is the result is "-", otherwise the result is "+".
