1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, objects, contents and formats for the issuance of health certificates for entry and exit vehicles.

This standard applies to the issuance of vehicle hygiene certificates for inbound and outbound ships, aircraft and passenger trains.

3 Issuance requirements

3.1 The vehicle health certificate shall be issued in English, Chinese, and Chinese and English.

3.2 The vehicle hygiene certificate should be printed or signed with a black or blue ink pen.

3.3 The vehicle hygiene certificate should not be modified or altered.

3.4 The seal used on the vehicle health certificate shall be the Chinese-English entry-exit inspection and quarantine institution issued by the competent national authority.

3.5 The vehicle hygiene certificate is issued by the quarantine physician.

4 Issued object

Ships, aircraft and passenger trains applying for entry and exit vehicle health certificates.

5 Issued content

The certificate number is from the vehicle health certificate category code + entry and exit inspection and quarantine agency code + year + serial number composition.

---The vehicle health certificate category code includes three types. SS represents the vehicle's vehicle health certificate, and AS represents the aircraft's service.

Pass tool hygiene certificate, TS represents the vehicle health certificate for passenger trains;

--- The code of the entry-exit inspection and quarantine institution adopts the six-digit code announced by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine;

---Year is represented by four digits;

--- The serial number is represented by four digits.
