Foreword

SN/T 0541 "Importers standard rubber test methods" is divided into five parts.

--- Part 1. Sampling and sample preparation;

--- Part 4. Determination of volatile matter content;

--- Part 5. Determination of nitrogen content.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

The partial replacement of SN/T 0541.1-1996 "Importers standard rubber test methods of sampling and sample preparation", and SN/T 0541.1-Compared to 1996, the main changes are as follows.

--- Modify the number of samples of bulk arrival time;

--- Roller spacing by a 1.65mm ± 0.05mm modified to 1.69mm ± 0.17mm;

--- Definition 3.3 "increments" to "laboratory samples";

--- Definition 3.4 "glue-like" with "mixed laboratory sample";

--- Definition 3.5 "sample all colloid uniformly mixed rubber portion taken from this test for use" to "test sample Products from the laboratory samples or mixed samples for laboratory tests (including sample preparation) glue-like ";

--- Add "glue-like specimens taken from the definition 3.6 for a test of the test sample." this section is not equivalent to ISO 1795:2007 "natural, synthetic rubber raw sampling and sample preparation procedures." This standard and ISO 1795:2007 Technical differences compared as follows.

--- Increased when packaging or bulk arrival of the number of samples;

--- Mixed sample to test parts in place of test samples.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Batch lot

Standard rubber with the same grade and batch number (or contract number).

Sample

Representative of the quality of the batch of a certain number of standard rubber bales.

Laboratory sample from each bale composition of the sample cut from the rubber block.

Mixed laboratory sample combinedlaboratorysample Cut about the same amount of rubber-like blend of representative samples from each laboratory sample.
