1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for detection of food for export of Bacillus cereus.

This standard applies to foods Bacillus cereus detection.

2 Equipment and Materials

2.1 Drying Box. 180 °C.

2.2 Incubator. 30 °C ± 1 °C and 36 °C ± 1 °C.

2.3 anaerobic incubator. 36 °C ± 1 °C.

2.4 Water bath. 46 °C ± 1 °C.

2.5 pH meter. 25 °C measurement accuracy of ± 0.1pH units.

2.6 rotary mixer.

2.7 dish. diameter 90mm or 100mm or 140mm.

2.8 pipette. capacity 10.0mL and 1.0mL, 0.5mL and 0.1mL with scale.

2.9 microscope.

2.10 micropipette. capacity 10.0mL and 1.0mL, 0.1mL with scale.
