What this standard covers

This standard specifies the requirements for the design, manufacturing, testing and testing of heavy-duty centrifugal pumps and their driving machines and auxiliary equipment for petrochemical industries. This standard applies to the engineering design and equipment procurement of heavy-duty centrifugal pumps in the petrochemical industry. Petrochemical heavy-duty centrifugal pump refers to a centrifugal pump that meets any of the following conditions: a) Unless otherwise specified, it is used to transport flammable or toxic media; b) To transport non-flammable and non-toxic media, but meet the following Pumps under any operating conditions: 1) Rated discharge pressure is greater than 1.9MPa (G); 2) Operating temperature (medium temperature) is greater than or equal to 150°C; 3) Rated speed is greater than 3000r/min; 4) Rated head is greater than 120m; 5 ) The maximum suction pressure is greater than 0.5MPa (G); 6) The maximum impeller of the cantilever pump is straight
