1 Foreword

QX/T 31-2018 was issued by China Meteorological Administration on 12 December 2018 and has been in force since 1 April 2019.

It replaces the earlier edition QX/T 31-2005.

2 Scope

This standard stipulates the requirements for the completion and acceptance of meteorological construction projects, organization work, basis, work procedures, application conditions and time requirements, final financial statements, main documents, processing of unqualified construction projects and file management. This standard applies to the completion and acceptance of meteorological construction projects using central or local financial funds and other funds. This standard does not apply to all projects that use local financial funds and have special provisions for completion acceptance.
