QC/T 461-1999 is the English-translated version of 自卸汽车—换向阀技术条件.
QC/T 461-1999 is the recommended Chinese automotive industry standard for the directional control valve of a dump truck.
It states the general requirements and the performance requirements for the valve, and it fixes the test conditions, the test methods, the type test and the appearance inspection, together with the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage.
Its scope takes in manually, pneumatically and hydraulically operated control valves used in tipping systems whose working medium is hydraulic oil. The standard replaced ZB T59005-1988 and quotes QC/T 460, QC/T 484, GB/T 3766 and GB/T 2828.
