Scope
QC/T 36-1992 is the English-translated version of 汽车与挂车 气压控制装置通用技术条件.
QC/T 36-1992 is the recommended Chinese automotive industry standard carrying the general specifications for pneumatic control devices on motor vehicles and trailers.
It establishes the designation code and the terminology for these devices and then their technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage.
Its provisions reach the control devices in a vehicle or trailer compressed-air system whose output pressure varies with a control force or a control pressure, a family that includes air brake valves, hand brake control valves, relay valves, load-sensing proportioning valves and trailer brake valves.
QC/T 35 is quoted in the text. The standard replaced JB 3738-1984. Issued on 1 July 1992, it has applied since 1 June 1993.
