QB/T 8215-2026 is the English-translated version of 再生塑料制品 平托盘.

QB/T 8215-2026 is the light industry standard for flat pallets made of recycled plastic. A flat pallet is the platform on which goods are stacked for handling and transport, and this document deals with such pallets when they are made from recycled plastic materials. It treats the flat pallet as a product and sets out the technical provisions that apply to it, so that makers and users share one published reference.

The standard will be used by manufacturers of recycled plastic pallets, by logistics, warehousing and manufacturing companies that buy and use them, by test laboratories and inspection bodies, and by purchasers writing supply specifications. It is voluntary, as the /T in its code shows, and applies where a contract, a customer or another rule refers to it. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved and issued it on 13 February 2026, and it takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new document and does not replace an earlier edition.
