QB/T 6502-2026 is the English-translated version of 鱼松.

QB/T 6502-2026 concerns dried fish meat floss, a food product made from fish meat and sold in a dried, fluffy form. It is a product standard, and the document deals with this one food. It does not extend to meat floss made from other animals or to other fish products, which are outside the subject of the title. Producers and buyers can use it as the common reference for the product when a delivery is agreed or inspected.
