This standard applies to the design, production, inspection and sales of mini fans powered by USB interface, DC interface or battery, with blade diameter not exceeding 200mm or impeller diameter not exceeding 100mm. This standard does not apply to mini fans used under other special conditions (such as places where corrosive or explosive gases are present).
