What this standard covers

This standard specifies terms and definitions, design documentation requirements, raw materials, loads, design, enamel coating, transportation, installation and disinfection procedures for bolted enameled steel sheet storage tanks. At the same time, the design methods of storage tanks, auxiliary equipment installation and foundation are specified. This standard applies to the storage tanks of enamelled steel plates for storing water or for treating sewage and sludge from municipal, industrial and agricultural production. The tank is assembled using bolted enamel steel plates.
