QB/T 5347-2018 — This standard specifies the methods, reagents and reference materials, instruments, analytical procedures, calculation of results, recovery rates, standards for the determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, salicylic acid and phenoxyethanol in oral cleaning care products.

Deviation and tolerance are poor. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, salicylic acid and phenoxyethanol in oral care products such as toothpaste, oral cleaning solution and tooth powder.

The standard concentrations of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, salicylic acid and phenoxyethanol were 1.5 ��g/mL, 2.5 ��g/mL, 2.5 ��g/mL and 3.0 ��g/mL, respectively, and the quantitative concentrations were 5.0 ��g/mL.

7.5 ��g/mL, 7.5 ��g/mL, and 10.0 ��g/mL; if 0.5 g of sample is taken, the detection limits of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, salicylic acid, and phenoxyethanol are 0.015%, 0.025%, and 0.025%, respectively.
