QB/T 5199-2017 — This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and nomenclature, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, and storage of tableware disinfection cabinets.

This standard applies to single-phase appliance rated voltage does not exceed 250 V, other appliances rated voltage does not exceed 480 V of household and similar use of tableware disinfection cabinet (hereinafter referred to as disinfection cabinet).

Disinfection cabinet uses electric energy as the main energy source. Its disinfection methods include electric heating method, ozone method, ultraviolet radiation (can only be used as an auxiliary) and the above-mentioned several disinfection methods.
