1 Scope

This standard specifies the terminology and definition of the integrity evaluation of food industry enterprises, evaluation principles, evaluation elements and rating specifications.

This standard applies to the food industry enterprises integrity management system evaluation of the commissioned by the commissioning party and the supervisory authority to verify the food industry enterprises the integrity of the ability to protect.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 22117 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Evaluation principles

4.1 evaluation should follow the principle of voluntary, objective and impartial, social supervision.

4.2 Enterprises with the following behaviors within three years are not eligible for participation.

a) not according to QB/T 4111 standard requirements of the establishment of corporate integrity management system;

b) major food safety incidents;

c) other serious dishonesty.

5 Evaluation elements
