What this standard covers

This standard specifies the raw and auxiliary materials, sensory requirements, physical and chemical indicators, and net content of canned pig's trotters, describes the corresponding test methods, specifies inspection rules, labels, signs, packaging, transportation and storage, and gives product classifications and codes that are convenient for technical regulations.
