Foreword
This standard was proposed by the Agricultural Mechanization Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee Agricultural Machinery Sub-Technical Committee.
This standard was drafted. Agricultural Machinery Department of Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd., Agricultural Machinery Testing and Appraisal Station of Heilongjiang Province, Nanjing Agricultural Machinery of Ministry of Agriculture Institute of Mechanization and Nanjing Agricultural University.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the quality indicators, testing methods and inspection rules for deep pine and concrete machinery.
This standard is applicable to the quality assessment of single items and their joint operations of Shensong and Tan.
2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms are used in this standard.
3.1 Deep pine
More than the conventional tillage depth, the soil and soil layers are basically not chaotic farming operations.
3.2 Deep depth
The vertical distance between the bottom of the soil ditch and the surface of the soil after deep loosening.
Use medium and heavy hoes to loosen, level and destroy crop roots.
3.4 耙茬 depth
The vertical thickness of the soil in the aquifer after the operation.
3.5 Broken soil
After the operation, the crust of the surface and the long side of the raft layer is not more than 5 cm.
3.6 Leakage
Failure to complete the work in accordance with the requirements, resulting in the phenomenon of missing areas.
4 Job quality indicators
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 There is no significant difference between the furrow and the ridge in the ridge plot after the machine operation.
4.1.2 The smashing operation shall smash the wreckage so as not to affect the quality of the seeding.
4.1.3 Do not drag the pile during the operation.
4.1.4 During the operation, the machine must not have any environmental pollution such as oil leakage.
4.2 Working conditions
The field conditions for deep pine and hoe mechanical operations are. loam or clay, the absolute moisture content of the soil is 15% to 25%;
15cm.
4.3 Quality indicators
Under the operating conditions specified in 4.2, the quality of the deep and sturdy mechanical work shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.
