This Standard specifies the animal embryo Chlamydia Isolation and subculture technology, serological diagnostic techniques and PCR diagnostic techniques. This Standard applies to the separation of chlamydia in laboratory animals, and animal diagnostics subculture chlamydiosis. Among them, the serological direct complement fixation test (Direct Complement Fixation Test, DCF) suitable for mammals (except pigs) and parrots, pigeons (except July and older aging pigeon) diagnosis of chlamydiosis; indirect complement fixation test (Indirect Complement Fixation Test, ICF) applies except birds (crane parrot, pigeon, but including aging pigeon) and diagnose swine chlamydiosis; IHA (indirect hemagglutination test, IHA) apply to animal chlamydiosis quarantine, surveillance and epidemics Learn investigation; PCR diagnostic technique is applicable to cattle, sheep, swine and avian chlamydiosis diagnostics.
