This standard applies to natural rubber latex added ingredients, synthetic rubber latex or a mixture of both materials as adhesives, for coir, sisal, mountain brown fiber bonding, and vulcanized fiber mat, may not apply to synthetic resin as the binder for coir, sisal, mountain brown fibers bonded fiber mats.
