NB/T 32027-2016 is the Chinese energy industry standard for preparing the cost estimate of a photovoltaic power project. It stipulates the division of the project into items, the composition of the cost, the preparation of the project budget, the cost standard applied and the form of the design budget document.

It applies to the design budget estimates of new and extended photovoltaic power plants and of grid-connected distributed photovoltaic generation projects with an installed capacity of 1 MWp and above, while other photovoltaic projects may refer to it.

NB/T 32030 is quoted in its provisions, and the subject is classified under P02. Issued on 7 January 2016, it has applied since 1 June 2016.
