NB/T 25073-2017 is a recommended Chinese energy industry standard and acts as a guide to the acceptance of explosion proof safety for the hydrogen supply system of a generator.

It gives the explosion-proof acceptance criteria for the installation of the hydrogen supply system of hydrogen-cooled generators in nuclear power plants, and covers the check made on that system and the systems related to it before the generators are put into service.

Hydrogen production and hydrogen storage equipment fall outside it, while hydrogen-cooled generators in conventional power stations may be accepted with reference to it.
