NB/T 20277-2014 is the English-translated version of A240（S32101）双相不锈钢焊接规范.
NB/T 20277-2014 is the Chinese energy industry standard for the welding of A240 (S32101) duplex stainless steel.
Written for the nuclear island structural modules of passive pressurized water reactor plants, it covers the materials, the welding procedure qualification, the assessment of welder skill, product welding and the non-destructive testing of the welds.
It carries the welding classification J33 and the international heading 25.160.10. Its reference list is long and dominated by the GB/T 223 series of chemical analysis methods, alongside GB/T 700, GB/T 983, GB/T 4334, GB/T 17853, GB/T 20123, GB/T 20124, NB/T 20003.7 and NB/T 20004.
