NB/T 20047-2011 is the Chinese energy industry code for installing and accepting the primary piping and its supports in a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant.

It states the technical requirements and the quality standards for the installation of the reactor coolant system main piping, the surge line and the associated supports, the supports including whip restraints, dampers and spring hangers.

The code is written for installation work on pressurized water reactor units, and it covers the erection and acceptance of austenitic stainless steel main coolant piping, surge piping and their supports.

It is used alongside the nuclear safety regulations HAF 003, HAF 602 and HAF 603 and the EJ/T 1027 series that it quotes. Issued on 1 July 2011, it has applied since 1 October 2011.
