NB/T 11265-2023 is the English-translated version of 再制造液压支架技术要求.

NB/T 11265-2023 is the energy industry standard for powered roof supports (hydraulic supports) that have been remanufactured from scrapped units for reuse in coal mine longwall faces.

It sets requirements for remanufactured structural parts, legs and jacks, valves, pins and guide rods, and seals, high-pressure hoses, fittings and connectors, followed by limits on dimensions and appearance and on operating, sealing and strength performance.

Inspection and testing cover leg and jack tests, valve tests and whole-support tests, with a normative annex for pre-delivery checks of the complete support. Judgement rules, marking and storage complete the document, which applies to remanufacturing, quality inspection and acceptance. Issued on 26 May 2023, it has applied since 26 November 2023.
