Scope

NB/T 10738-2021 is the English-translated version of 覆岩隔离注浆充填浆液压实与泌水特性测试方法.

NB/T 10738-2021 specifies laboratory tests for the compaction and bleeding behaviour of the slurry used in overburden isolation grouting, a mining method that injects slurry of fly ash, or gangue powder and loess, mixed with water into mining-induced fractures through surface boreholes to form a compacted support zone that, with isolation coal pillars, limits surface subsidence.

It sets test conditions, including materials, particle size, water-cement ratio, loading pressure and rate, the electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine and the slurry compressor, and describes preparation, sample making, the compression test and recording.

Results are processed into characteristic indexes such as threshold stress and reported. Appendices give a loading pressure example and record forms. Issued on 16 November 2021, it has applied since 16 February 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

1 Scope

This document specifies the conditions, procedures and results of the test of the overlying rock isolation grouting and filling slurry compaction and bleeding characteristics.

This document is applicable to the testing of slurry compaction and bleeding characteristics of overlying rock isolation grouting.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Overburden isolation grouting

During the mining process of the working face, high-pressure grouting fills the mining fissures of the overlying rock through ground drilling, and fills the grouting layer from the middle of the working face to the grouting filling layer.

Form a compaction support area of a certain width, and use the compaction area and the isolation coal pillar to jointly control the stability of the key layer structure of the overlying rock, thereby controlling the surface A coal mining technology that subsides and realizes the protection of ground buildings (structures), roads and water bodies.

3.2 Overburden isolation grouting slurry

Overburden isolation grouting fills the slurry injected into the overburden mining fissures during mining (3.1).

Note: The main components are fly ash and water, or gangue powder, loess and other materials and water.

3.3 Threshold stress

Overlying rock isolation grouting filling slurry (3.2) is a certain loading pressure value set during the constant rate compressive loading process, and maintains the pressure constant Continue to pressurize until the amount of serous bleeding no longer changes.

3.4 Specific compacted volume

After the overlying rock isolation grouting filling slurry (3.2) made of unit mass of dry fly ash is pressurized and filled with exudate water, the volume of the compacted body formed is the same as that of the system. Ratio of dry fly ash mass used for slurry.
