4.1 Identification signs

4.1.1 The production and hanging of signs of marriage registration authorities shall comply with the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on the Work of Marriage Registration".

4.1.2 The marriage registration authority shall use the national marriage registration logo, and the use of this logo shall conform to the National Marriage Registration Logo Relevant requirements of the Management Regulations.

4.2 Main function area

4.2.1 General requirements

4.2.1.1 The marriage registration authority shall include the waiting area (lobby), marriage registration area (room), archives room, certification hall, marriage and family support the main functional areas such as the guide room, the layout of each functional area should be compact and reasonable.

4.2.3 Marriage registration area (room)

4.2.4 Archives

4.2.5 Certification Hall

4.2.5.1 The certification office shall meet the requirements of 4.2.6 in MZ/T 024.

4.2.6 Marriage and Family Counseling Room

4.2.6.1 The marriage and family counseling room shall meet the requirements of 4.2.5 in MZ/T 024.

4.3 Auxiliary function area

4.3.1 Marriage registration authorities shall set up auxiliary function areas such as administrative offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, and computer rooms. Multimedia classrooms, Marriage culture exhibition area, dressing room, storage room, etc.

4.3.2 Toilets shall meet the requirements of 4.2.8 in MZ/T 024.

4.3.3 Servers, switches, storage devices, gateways, uninterruptible power supplies, video and audio monitors and other equipment should be placed in the computer room.

4.4 Informatization

4.4.1 The marriage registration authority shall be equipped with the following information facilities.

-Network facilities with independent bandwidth of not less than 10M;

-Marriage registration management information system;

-If you have more than two computers registering online, you should be equipped with switches or routers.

4.4.2 The marriage registration authority shall ensure that the equipment operates normally, and ensure that real-time online registration and exchange of marriage registration data at the provincial and provincial levels enjoy.

4.4.4 The marriage registration authority shall open a network appointment system.
