Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard was proposed by the Flight Standards Department of the Civil Aviation Administration of China.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology.

This standard replaces and abolishes MH/T 7013-2006 "Civil Aviation Recruitment of Flight Students Physical Examination and Appraisal Specifications". With MH/T 7013-2006 in comparison, the main technical changes except for editorial changes are as follows.

- The Chinese and English names have been modified (see Chinese and English names on the cover);

- Delete the numerical requirements for height, leg length, etc. (see 4.1, 2006 version 3.1 and 3.2);

- Deleted the family history of epilepsy and other diseases and the medical history restrictions of some system diseases such as urinary and blood (see 2006 editions 4.7, 9.1 and

- Adjusted the classification and description of mental illness (see 5.1, 2006 version 4.1~4.4);

- Relaxed requirements for diseases such as liver and kidney cysts and distance vision, refractive power, high-frequency hearing, etc. (see 9.1, 10.1, 15.1, 15.2 and 16.1, 2006 editions 8.2, 9.1, 14.1, 14.2 and 15.1);

- Under certain conditions, the prohibitive requirements of corneal refractive surgery have been released (see 15.19, 15.20, 2006 edition 14.10);

--Clarified the requirements for various hernias, endometriosis, internal fixation, artificial joint, artificial intervertebral disc and other implants (see 9.5, 10.3 and 13.2);

-Standardize the requirements for low-frequency listening and speech-frequency listening (see 16.1, 2006 edition 15.1);

-Adjust blood pressure measurement procedures and syphilis screening items, delete some auxiliary examination items such as chest X-ray, increase total bilirubin and urine occult blood, Added some auxiliary inspection requirements and result judgments (see Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix A, Appendix B of the 2006 edition).

A.3.2.2 No smoking, no coffee, and emptying the bladder within half an hour before the test. In a quiet environment, take a sitting position and measure the blood pressure of the right brachial artery. hand the arm and the heart should be at the same level.

A.3.2.3 The cuff should be tied 2 cm to 3 cm from the elbow socket. The head of the stethoscope should not be pressed too tightly, let alone under the cuff.

A.3.2.4 When using a mercury column type blood pressure timer, the systolic blood pressure should be the value of the first beating sound, that is, the first sound shall prevail. Diastolic blood pressure should be pulsatile the value when the tone suddenly disappears is based on the fifth tone. If the beating sound does not disappear for a long time, the acceptable beating sound suddenly changes from clear to deep (changes the value of the key is based on the fourth tone.

A.3.2.5 When the blood pressure exceeds the standard value, it should be rechecked twice after the examinee is fully rested. If the results are normal both times, the blood pressure should be identified normal. If only one of the two rechecks of blood pressure is within the normal range, 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure can be used to further clarify.

A.3.3 Heart rate counting the heart rate should be counted in a quiet state, and the number of heartbeats within 1 minute should be recorded when the heart is auscultated. When the heart rate exceeds the standard value, you should After the subject is fully rested, the patient is re-examined twice, and the results are normal both times, the heart rate is determined to be normal. Increased heart rate due to increased body temperature, should Review after the body temperature is normal. Each count of heart rate should be recorded and the time noted.

If in doubt, it can be determined by echocardiography.

A.3.5 Liver palpation A.3.5.1 The subject should be in a supine position, knees bent, abdominal muscles relaxed, and abdominal breathing. The examiner should stand on the right side of the examinee, using the palm of his right finger Close to the abdominal wall, along the right edge of the rectus abdominis, approach the costal arch from bottom to top with the subject's abdominal breathing. Palpation should be done lightly to prevent pushing the liver back square.

A.3.5.2 The size of the liver should be in centimeters (cm). When the liver is touched, the subject should be instructed to inhale so that the abdominal wall and the costal arch are at the same size Prevail. When measuring the right lobe, the intersection of the right midclavicular line and the costal arch should be the starting point, and the measurement should be made at a right angle to the lower edge of the liver. Limited type the largest liver distance should be measured under the costal margin. When measuring the left lobe of the liver, the lower edge of the xiphoid process should be used as the starting point for measurement, and the measurement should be made vertically to the lower edge of the liver.

A.3.5.3 When judging the size of the liver, pay attention to the thickness, hardness and tenderness of the liver edge, whether the liver surface is smooth and the upper boundary position;

Identification of rectus abdominis sheath, right kidney and gallbladder. At the same time, consider before and after meals, before and after exercise, breathing depth, body shape, etc.

A.3.6 Palpation of the spleen A.3.6.1 The subject should be in a supine position, knees bent, abdominal muscles relaxed, and abdominal breathing. The examiner should stand on the right side of the examinee with the palm of his left hand on the subject's seventh to tenth ribs, place the right hand flat on the abdomen at a right angle to the bottom of the left costal margin. The ends of the fingers are slightly bent and gradually connect from bottom to top Near the costal margin, lightly press the abdominal wall, and palpate the subject while breathing deeply. Mildly enlarged spleen in supine position is often difficult to touch, so it can be used in right side position Check by palpation with both hands.

A.3.6.2 The size of the spleen should be in centimeters (cm). The subject should take the supine position and inhale until the abdominal wall is level with the costal arch, and the spleen touched at this time the vertical distance between the farthest point and the costal margin is the size of the spleen. Percussion should be performed after palpation. When judging the size of the spleen, pay attention to the thickness, hardness, Tenderness or percussion pain, whether the surface is smooth, and should be distinguished from an abdominal mass. If an enlarged spleen is found on physical examination, it should be further confirmed by ultrasound real.

A.3.6.3 The scale and judgment of splenomegaly are as follows.

a) Slight swelling of the spleen. When you breathe in peacefully in the supine position, the spleen can be reached just below the ribs. When yo...
