6.1.2 The conversion should be carried out by a unit that meets the qualification requirements and meet the quality requirements of coordinate conversion.

6.1.3 In order to meet the quality requirements of coordinate transformation, it is necessary to ensure that the obtained raw data meet the following conditions.

a) The signs at each point are not interchanged or incorrectly identified;

b) The coordinates can be verified by other auxiliary redundant measurement data;

c) The accuracy of the coordinates can be estimated and meet the requirements.

6.1.4 In 1954, the review of Beijing coordinate system coordinate data was realized through the quality analysis report in Appendix D.

6.1.5 The conversion parameters and conversion software shall ensure that the converted data meet the quality requirements.

6.2 Method Two

7 Data measurement

7.1 Basic principles for establishing an airport survey control network

7.1.1 In order to determine the location of navigation equipment or designated points in and near the airport, a survey control network should be established at each airport.

7.1.2 The airport measurement control network should consist of at least four measurement control points to ensure that when any measurement control point has a problem, the measurement control network it can still be used normally. The installation location of the measurement control point should consider future continuous or long-term measurement applications.

7.1.3 If the main measurement method for obtaining airport coordinate data uses traditional optical instruments (total stations, etc.), the airport measurement control network should Including at least two mutually visible measurement control points, the distance between the points is not more than 500 m.

7.1.4 Refer to GB/T 18314 for the best practice guidelines for using GPS to establish measurement control points.

7.2 Accuracy of airport measurement control network

7.2.1 Each measurement control point of the measurement control network shall be in each coordinate component (geocentric space) in the International Terrestrial Reference Frame (ITRF) the accuracy of 0.1 m (2sigma or 95% confidence level) is guaranteed on the rectangular coordinate system.

7.2.2 The airport measurement control network should ensure that the relative accuracy between its measurement control points is higher than 0.1 m.

7.2.3 When measuring new coordinate points in the airport, the coordinates of each measurement control point of the airport measurement control network should be checked. The joint survey can be used for verification.

High-level control point method.

7.2.4 If the distance between the measurement control point and the national control point has changed by more than 50 mm, the measurement control point shall be re-measured and confirm.

7.3 Buried rock at the measurement control point

7.3.1 Measurement control point structure

The measurement control point shall be composed of standard measurement buried stones. See Appendix E for the types of buried stones. A site survey should be carried out before installing the measurement control point, to ensure that the burying process will not damage underground cables and public facilities. When the measurement control network consists of less than the recommended 4 points, the buried control points the stone should be as durable and strong as possible to ensure its long-term reliability.

7.3.2 Coding method of measurement control points

All measurement control points in an airport should adopt a clear coding system, which should be able to identify the machine to which the measurement control point belongs.

Field, age, and code. Each measurement control point should have a separate code, and all measurement control points in the airport should use a uniform sign, the production of signs should be easy to identify the control points and clear the locatio...
