The presence of control point personnel and the completion of various preparations.

5.2.6 Sprinkle water around the helicopter landing site to reduce dust.

6 Work implementation

6.1 Placement method operation

6.1.1 Guide rope anchorage

6.1.1.1 Before unfolding, the end of the first axis guide rope should be anchored to the ground and ensured to be firm and reliable.

6.1.1.2 In the process of laying the guide rope, the tension of the guide rope should be controlled to keep the guide rope empty.

6.1.2 Guide rope into the tackle

6.1.2.1 When the helicopter flies over the tower and puts the guide rope into the pulley groove, the operator should be in a safe position and should ensure that the pulley and the the guide rope clamps are all opened.

6.1.2.2 The height of the guide rope axis from the top of the tower shall not be less than 5 m.

6.1.3 Helicopter tight line

When adjusting the tension control device of the helicopter to tighten the line, make sure that the guide rope has been placed in the overhead tackle.

6.1.4 Anchorage on the guide rope tower

When the helicopter flies over the corner tower, the line should be tightened along the direction of the flying line first, and the guide rope should be anchored by the operators on the tower before turning back Continue to fly to the center line of the route.

6.1.5 Replacing the guide rope spool

After the one-axis guide rope is unfolded, its tail end should be dropped naturally and anchored to the ground reliably; when replacing the spool, ensure that the rigging, the control circuit is connected reliably.

6.1.6 Guide rope connection

6.1.6.1 After the helicopter flies to the joint position with a new one-axis guide rope, its rope should be dropped with a heavy object, and should be compatible with the previous one-axis rope.

Rely on connection.

6.1.6.2 The helicopter can continue to operate after the rope end of the front axle is loosened.

6.1.7 Anchorage of remaining lead rope

After the guide rope exhibition is completed and the last base tower is placed, if there is still a remaining line on the spool, the helicopter should continue to fly and release the remaining line.

Only after the tail end of the guide rope is reliably anchored to the ground can it return.

6.1.8 Unfolding multiple guide ropes

If multiple guide ropes need to be unfolded, the unfolded guide rope should be moved to the stringing tackle first, and then the next guide rope should be unfolded.

6.2 Pull and release method operation

6.2.1 Tension field layout

6.2.1.1 Before unfolding, the guide ropes of each axis should be pre-tightened and wound tightly and orderly. Displacement and cross winding are strictly prohibited.

6.2.1.2 The rope end shall be reliably anchored to the ground after extending a certain distance in the line-out direction through the tension machine and the line-pressing pulley.

6.2.2 Guide rope deployment

6.2.2.1 In the process of pulling the guide rope, the tension of the guide rope should be controlled to keep the guide rope in the air.

6.2.2.2 The cruise speed of the helicopter should match the pay-off speed of the tension machine, generally not greater than 15 km/h.

6.2.3 Guide rope into the tackle

6.2.3.1 When the helicopter flies over the tower, the speed should be reduced, maintain a stable flight attitude, put the guide rope into the guide rod of the tackle, and confirm the guide rope After sliding into the middle wheel of the pulley, you can continue to fly forward.

6.2.3.2 The constructors on the tower should fasten their safety belts. When the helicopter flies over the top of the tower, the constructors should be in a safe position inside the tower and observe the situation of the guide rope entering the pulley shall be notified in time.

6.2.3.3 The construction personnel of the tension field shall always pay attention to the deployment of the guide rope, and report in time when unsafe incidents such as job-hopping or overspeed are found.

When emergency procedures are taken, the helicopter should be declared in an emergency, and the emergency and the measures taken should be reported to the ground commander in time.

6.3.2.2 According to the nature of the failure, flight conditions and time available for handling, the captain shall be allowed to deviate from the prescribed operating procedures and methods, depending on the situation.

The minimum weather standards and regulations stipulate, but the principle should be in accordance with the emergency response needs.

6.3.2.3 The captain has the final decision right to take emergency procedures and ensure flight safety. All crew members should follow the command of the captain.

Try to assist the captain. The captain should also listen to the opinions of other crew members and take the safest measures as far as possible depending on the situation.

6.3.2.4 After an emergency occurs, the on-site personnel should initiate emergency handling procedures.

6.3.2.5 If the weather in the operation area changes suddenly and falls below the minimum meteorological standard, the operation should be terminated.

6.3.2.6 In the following situations, the helicopter should drop the guide rope.

- When you stray into a local dangerous weather zone, your vision is blocked, and you lose contact with the ground;

--When the guide rope is stuck during the flight operation, the force on the helicopter exceeds the allowable load, and the helicopter flight attitude cannot be controlled;

--When the helicopter fails to make an emergency landing with external hanging.

When the above situation occurs, electric or mechanical throwing can be used, and should avoid people or densely constructed areas, try to throw into the emergency throwing area area.

7 Work after homework

7.1 Operators should check the use of tools and instruments, clean up the tools and instruments, pack them in bags (boxes), and ensure that the work is completed, the materials are cleaned, and the field is cleaned.

Clean up.

7.2 After the completion of the operation task, the operation flight commentary should be carried out. The main content includes but not limited to summarizing the flight situation of the day, Evaluate the situation, flight safety and various guarantees, propose improvement measures for the problems found, and teach those who violate the rules and regulations Education criticism.

8 Environmental protection measures
