5.1.1 Lifting stage
When hoisting the tower section, the helicopter should first hover over the tower section, and the ground construction personnel shall complete the hooking, and wait for the ground construction personnel to install from the tower section.
After evacuation, slowly lift the tower section off the ground.
5.1.2 Flight phase
5.1.2.1 During the flight phase, uniform acceleration should be guaranteed, but the transition speed should be deviated to avoid causing the helicopter and the tower (or tower section) to vibrate.
5.1.2.2 When the tower (or tower section) oscillates severely due to the influence of multiple air currents (or passing through clouds by mistake) during the flight, the pilot should not respond urgently.
Manipulate to avoid mistakes and increase its swing range. When manoeuvring is really necessary, the helicopter should be moved sideways to the swing direction of the iron tower (or tower section) to reduce the swing of the helicopter.
5.1.2.3 During the flight, the control pilot should maintain a good flight state and correct the deviation in time if the deviation is found; the non-control pilot should observe the suspended tower section the stability and flight altitude, speed, descent rate, heading and working conditions of each system, and provide communication prompts. Hang the tower (or tower Paragraph) When the shaking is relatively large, the manipulating driver is difficult to control, the non-manipulating driver can participate in the manipulation.
5.1.2.4 When the external iron tower (or tower section) of the helicopter flies over the tower, the pilot should maintain the state and altitude of the helicopter and descend slowly.
If fine adjustment is required, the flight operation should be gentle and delicate.
5.1.3 In-place assembly stage
5.1.3.1 While observing from the top, the pilot shall accept the command of the operator on the flying square tower and cooperate with the tower (or tower section) in place.
5.1.3.2 During the process of lifting and assembling the tower by helicopter, the construction personnel on the tower shall cooperate to complete the docking operation.
5.1.3.3 The pilot should confirm that the hoisting tower section is in place with the operator on the flying square tower before performing the helicopter decoupling operation.
5.2 Emergency measures for aerial operations
5.2.1 In the event of a situation that endangers flight safety or needs to deviate from the operation plan, the captain shall make emergency response. Take emergency procedures at the time, the helicopter should be declared in a state of emergency, and the emergency situation and the measures taken should be reported to the ground commander in time.
5.2.2 According to the nature of the failure, flight conditions and the time available for handling, the captain should be allowed to deviate from the prescribed operating procedures and methods, depending on the situation.
The minimum weather standards and regulations stipulate, but the principle should be in accordance with the emergency response needs.
5.2.3 The captain has the final decision right to take emergency procedures and ensure flight safety. All crew members should follow the command of the captain and do their best Assist the captain. The captain should also listen to the opinions of other crew members and take the safest measures as far as possible depending on the situation.
5.2.4 After an emergency occurs, the on-site personnel should initiate emergency handling procedures.
5.3 Special handling
5.3.1 Abrupt weather
If the weather in the lifting yard and tower area does not meet the requirements, operations should be stopped.
5.3.2 Throwing outside hanging objects
In the following cases, the external hanging objects can be thrown according to the situation.
- When you stray into dangerous weather, cannot see the ground, or lose contact with the ground;
--When the cargo is scraped to an obstacle during the hoisting operation and the helicopter cannot be controlled;
--When the hoisting tower section swings severely, the handling is invalid, and the flight status is difficult to control;
--When the helicopter fails to make an emergency landing with the external hanging tower section;
--When dual-engine failure;
--When a single engine fails and the single engine cannot be hung outside for a safe landing;
--When it feels that safety cannot be guaranteed when flying outside.
When the above situation occurs, the external hanging objects can be thrown by electric or mechanical throwing, and should avoid the crowded or built-up areas, and throw into the application as much as possible.
Urgent throwing area.
5.3.3 Accidental decoupling treatment
5.3.3.1 In case of accidental decoupling in the air, immediately return to the temporary take-off and landing point.
5.3.3.2 The ground personnel should be notified immediately to rush to the decoupling position to check the impact of the projectile o...
