LY/T 3474-2026 sets quality grades for container seedlings of the main perennial flowers. Container seedlings are young plants raised in pots or trays, and the document is used to sort them into grades by quality.

Nurseries and flower growers use it to grade the seedlings they produce, while buyers, landscaping contractors and inspection bodies use it to describe and check what is supplied. The standard is voluntary, as shown by the /T in its code. It was issued by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration on 3 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
