LY/T 3467-2026 is the English-translated version of 石漠化土地分级规范.

LY/T 3467-2026 is a grading specification for rocky desertification land. Rocky desertification is a form of land degradation in which soil cover is lost and bare rock becomes exposed, mostly in karst regions. The document sets out how such land is classified into grades, so that surveys and assessments of affected areas can describe the degree of rocky desertification in a consistent way.

It is used by forestry and grassland authorities, survey and planning institutes, ecological restoration teams and researchers who map and report on rocky desertification land. The standard is voluntary, as shown by the /T in its code. It was issued by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration on 3 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
