Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting:

This document replaces LY/T 2899-2017 "Wetland Ecosystem Service Assessment Specifications": Compared with LY/T 2899-2017, except for the structure in addition to adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added "data sources" and specified data requirements for wetland ecosystem service assessment (see Chapter 4);

b) Added "Evaluation Index System Composition" (see 6.1, Figure 2);

c) Added "Application Scope of Assessment Indicators" to evaluate the wetland types applicable to each assessment indicator when assessing wetland ecosystem services:

Adjustment, change the category of "offshore and coastal wetlands" to "coastal wetlands" (see 6.2, Table 1);

d) Added a chapter "Step-by-Step Calculation Method" to further clarify the step-by-step calculation units and calculation methods at all levels for wetland ecosystem service assessment:

Methods and specific steps (see Chapter 7, Figure 3);

e) Added normative reference documents such as GB/T 27648 and LY/T 2090 (see Chapter 2);

i) Changed the classification of secondary indicators in the "Evaluation Indicator System" to include support services, adjustment services, supply services and cultural services:

The first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators were changed to 4 first-level indicators and 13 second-level indicators on the basis of increases and decreases (see 6.1, Figure 2;2017 version of 5:1);

j) The evaluation method, calculation formula, parameters, etc: of the indicators in the "Evaluation Method" have been changed (see Table 2, 5:2 and Table 2 of the:2017 version);

k) Changed the wetland ecosystem service assessment results to the specific "total value amount" and "unit wetland area value" (see appendix A, Chapter 6 of the:2017 edition);
