1 Scope

This standard specifies the general principles, planning preparation, planning objectives, task and scale planning division and layout, and overall regulations of the shelterbelt system planning.

Technical requirements for planning, special planning, implementation progress and investment estimation, benefit analysis, safeguard measures, and planning results.

This standard applies to the planning of the shelter forest system within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

3 General

3.1 The protection forest system plan should follow the "Law of the People's Republic of China", "Agricultural Law of the People's Republic of China" Law, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Sand Control and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Soil and Water Conservation, and other relevant laws, regulations and rules.

Presenting global and functional, highlighting its maximization of ecological protection functions, and following comprehensive planning and comprehensive management to give play to advantages and improve efficiency.

Benefits, adapting to local conditions, fortifying and defending, based on the current, long-term and coordinated with other plans.

3.2 The shelter forest system plan includes master plan and special plan. The master plan requires all types of shelter forest systems within the scope of construction.
