Introduction

The bamboo liquefaction foaming engineering material is a new type of organism made from bamboo and its processing residues as the main raw materials through liquefaction and foaming processes.

The principle of quality engineering materials is to convert bamboo processing residues into alternatives by macromolecular dismemberment, catalytic degradation and molecular recombination techniques.

Small reactive molecules with high reactivity in petrochemical feedstocks, which are then repolymerized to form thermosetting resins and have different properties under specific conditions.

The foaming engineering material, the new engineering material is a new lightweight high-strength wall project supported and successfully developed by major science and technology in Zhejiang Province.

The material is light, high strength, shock-resistant cushioning, thermal insulation, sound insulation, noise reduction, flame retardant and environmental protection, etc., thus becoming the first direct Lightweight high-strength engineering materials prepared by liquefaction foaming of bamboo in the construction field.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings of bamboo liquefied foaming engineering materials.
